We keep this simple. Discover Edinburgh Fringe uses privacy-light, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.

Our page-view measurement uses a short-lived session identifier and an ephemeral, per-pageview token rather than persistent advertising cookies or device fingerprinting. It is designed to stay out of scope of ePrivacy and GDPR consent requirements.

If you submit a form or sign up for updates, we use the details only to respond to you or send what you asked for, and you can opt out at any time.

Some outbound booking links may be affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure. Third-party sites you click through to have their own privacy policies.
